Chesmar expands presence in Meridiana, opens new showcase model
Chesmar Homes has expanded its presence in Meridiana with the opening of the builder’s second showcase model in the award-winning community of new homes south of Pearland.
Located in Meridiana’s 50-foot section of new homes, Chesmar’s new fully-furnished model presents the builder’s popular Oakley plan, a single-story, three-bedroom home with a family room and fireplace, adjacent island kitchen, casual dining, extended rear patio, flex room, shower option in the master bath, and 5-foot garage extension option providing additional storage space for growing families.
