The Tersignes have extensive experience in real estate industry
A home is one the largest assets — it offers comfort, security, equity, and pride of ownership. And now is a good time to buy or sell.

The Tersignes have been in real estate for the past 30-plus years, so they have seen many changes in the industry, and economy. Moreover, due to their knowledge and experiences, they have continued to help their clients successfully.
They personally have bought and sold more than 20 homes, remodeled countless homes, designed and built two homes, built six swimming pools, and Mike handled the landscaping.
They have been on both sides of the table as buyers and sellers, so they know what their clients go through and how to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
“With building homes, we are able to analyze construction and give the best advice on the pricing of buying or selling a home,” Sonia said.
Even though the Tersignes help clients all over Houston and Galveston, their main focus areas are inside and outside of Loop 610.
Both have been in Houston for 40-plus years, with Sonia being originally from Corpus Christi and Mike from Ohio.
“Real estate was always a love of Mike’s, and the only field he wanted to work in. For me, when we were looking for our own home in 1986, we worked with agents who did not always listen to our needs,” Sonia said.
This experience sparked Sonia’s interest, so she obtained her license. Now, the two are known for their outstanding listening skills, their availability, friendliness, professionalism and integrity and for being focused on the needs of their clients. Plus, Sonia is fluent in Spanish, which is an asset to international clients.
Prior to real estate, the Tersignes were in sales.
“The knowledge we brought from that industry is the ability to work with different personalities and meet their goals,” Sonia said.
All of their experiences have led to awards such as being multi-year top producers. They also are Accredited Luxury Home Specialists.
