HOMES, COMMUNITIES

Beachtown offers active lifestyle by the sea with city amenities.

-

Beachtown is a hidden oasis located on the eastern tip of Galveston Island. This development rests alongside the only naturally growing and non-driving beach on the island. With the ocean on one side and miles of lagoon fronts on the other comes the serenity of nature and the opportunity to view both sunrises and sunsets as ships pass by.

The unique location and layout of Beachtown foster a true walking community, thanks in part to the master planning of the development by the renowned firm of DPZ, creators of Seaside and Rosemary Beach communities on the Florida panhandle.

Beachtown’s architecture aims to preserve the time-honored historic buildings found in Galveston, and behind its homes lies durability — the homes are built to IBHS Fortified standards to resist winds up to 150 mph.

Beachtown released a selection of new lots. The lots variety includes beachfront, lagoon-front, park villas, and promenade homesites on treelined walkways that connect the lagoons to the beach. Each site comes with a set of conceptual architectural plans. Homeowners at these sites can take advantage of the concierge service provided to the community and enjoy amenities such as the fine dining at the Porch Cafe.

These big-city conveniences, coupled with its location and remarkable quality of construction, make a visit to Beachtown a must.

“When my wife and I decided to build a beach house, we looked at most of the new developments in Galveston. Once we found Beachtown and looked at their houses and community … we bought the lots and started to design our home.

“From start to completion, Beachtown’s builder went beyond our expectations. The quality of construction to the professionalism of their employees, our experience was 100% positive. The building team was a pleasure to work with and always made sure we were 100% satisfied as well. I would highly recommend building your dream beach house in Beachtown,” said Ryan and Debbie Kirkpatrick, Beachtown homeowners.
