Jenny Overstreet, a Realtor with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, has embraced her career in real estate where she has utilized her sales background experience to become a residential real estate shining star and later a top producer at The Woodlands office.
Her area of concentration is north Harris and Montgomery County, ranging from The Woodlands to Montgomery, Magnolia, Tomball, Conroe, and Spring.
“I love this area due to the fact that it is … a wonderful place to raise a family,” said Overstreet. “The area also offers many amenities such as exemplary schools, shopping, dining and lots of entertainment venues and activities including those associated with Lake Conroe.”

After moving to The Woodlands in 1999, she has enjoyed watching the expansive growth of the area over the past 22 years. With a 20-year background in medical and pharmaceutical sales, Overstreet learned the importance of negotiating a transaction from the very first point to ensure a positive closing at the end of the line. She then worked and learned from a top producer at The Woodlands office. Today, her professional expertise enhances her work with clients.
“I was able to participate in large, complicated transactions ranging from land sales to multimillion-dollar homes from day one. I used this experience to build my own successful real estate business through customer service, negotiating and paying attention to all details,” she said.
