Aldo Di Vece, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living who shows master-planned communities throughout the greater Houston area, has honed his expertise over the past 10 years in the industry as an agent and began managing family assets and flipping homes 24 years ago.

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Di Vece, who has called Houston his home for the past 14 years, currently resides in Sugar Land. His specialty areas include Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy, Cypress, Spring/The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland, Memorial and inside the Loop. He also has assisted clients finding their homes at Lake Conroe.

Di Vece said there’s much to love about his focus area.

“Houston is city with many young families with school age kids and understanding the schools, recreation areas and commute to work of each area is key in selecting the neighborhood that best fits the expectations of each buyer,” said Di Vece.

He said it is also a good time to look at purchasing a home.

“Prices are stable, and interest rates are at historical lows so you can get more home for your money right now,” Di Vece said.

Real estate has been a part of Di Vece’s life since college when he started following property values in Houston and became fascinated with urban development in city. He later began flipping homes and studied the area before purchasing his own home.

Prior to working in real estate, he worked in sales and relationship management for 14 years in his father’s company in Mexico with the philosophy that the client is always right.

“I had a passion for real estate. After going the complexity of the process, I used my own experience to help people relocating to Houston. Buying and selling a home is one of the most important events for most people and showing my clients howmuch I care about their needs is my top priority,” he said.

Di Vece, named a Top Producer in 2017 with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living, is certified in corporate relocation and is fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English, fluent in spoken Italian and 80 percent in written, and experienced in sales negotiations in U.S., Mexico, and Latin America.

“I love to help my clients understand the advantages of each area and guide them through the process of choosing one that best fits their needs,” said Di Vece.
