Realtor uses multifaceted approach with clients
Realtor Tricia David with Bernstein Realty, who will be celebrating her 11-year anniversary in January 2021 with the company and in her career in real estate, chose this career for a variety of reasons, including meeting new people and getting them what they want when it comes to their real estate plans.
David, whose primary focus is Fort Bend County where she has resided in Richmond for 12 years, has also assisted buyers and sellers all over the greater Houston area.
“Fort Bend County is vastly growing and changing. There are many newer communities and businesses. It’s exciting to be a part of that growth,” said David, who grew up in Baytown.
As a tech-savvy real estate professional, David possesses the important skills and understanding of the innovative ways to purchase and sell a home to offer personalized services to her clients. She is certified in social media marketing with an emphasis on video marketing, and provides personalized buyer showings via video conferencing applications, as well as virtual open houses and tours.
Before going to work in real estate, David worked in sales and marketing in the national advertising industry.
“Making the change was very natural for me. My marketing and sales skills were a perfect match for this career,” she said.
And home sales have been exceptional in her area.
“This fall has been great for sales,” said David. “Most listed homes have received multiple offers and do not stay active on the market for long. Traditionally, home sales tend to slow down during the holiday season.”
She was recognized for her dedication with the Bernstein Realty’s Rising Star Award 2011 and Top Leasing Agent in 2011. David’s certifications include being a Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Certified Strategic Marketing Specialists, and Social Media Pro.
Her approach when working with clients is personalized attention with an emphasis on communication.
“I am a great negotiator and effective communicator, which are key to successfully working through transactions involving multiple parties,” she said.
When not spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and their sons, David enjoys being with her family and friends and volunteering at son’s school. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
