Artavia announces Enchanted Home Tour event.

The new master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe Area, Artavia, has kicked off an Enchanted Home Tour to showcase its move-in ready homes.

The Enchanted Home Tour of available homes in Artavia are marked with festive signs and will be open for viewing Mon.-Sat., 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.

In addition, community visitors can register at one of the community’s 10 festively decorated model homes for a chance to win a $5,000 Shopping Spree. (No purchase is necessary. Entry forms are readily available, and each entry has an equal chance of winning.)

Homes in Artavia are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Interested buyers are encouraged to visit one of the 10 Artavia Enchanted Model Homes and bring in an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots Toy Drive collection.

“Many buyers want to take advantage of the low interest rates and complete their home purchase and move-in by year end,” said Lisa Connell, marketing director of Airia Development Company, the developer of Artavia. “The builders in Artavia have a wide variety of floor plans and pricing available to help satisfy buyers who are ready to purchase.”

A special highlight of the Enchanted Model Home Village is a community-commisioned holiday art mural by artist Anat Ronen. The large-scale 3-D anamorphic painting features an immersive art experience inside of a gingerbread home that will be on display through Dec. 31.

At the heart of Artavia is Dapple Park, a 13-acre community amenity center including a 5-acre lake with paddle boats, a boardwalk, and a kayak launch area. The park includes a contemporary-style clubhouse featuring a 24-hour FitCenter, Palate Cafe, and an event lawn with both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Artavia is located north of Grand Parkway, midway between I-45 north and U.S. 59 north, and east of FM 1314 on Texas 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include 120-plus acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties.

Students living in Artavia attend Conroe ISD schools. For additional information, visit artaviatx.com.
