Meridiana shares its newplans for 2021

-

Having completed a record sales year, the fast-growing community of Meridiana is eyeing a bigger and better 2021 with the opening of 11 new showcase model homes, a new on-site junior high school, a new active-adult enclave of single-family homes and more, all just south of Pearland.

The new year also brings with it the opening of a new, 100-foot gated section of luxury homes, a park, a second community entrance with the extension of Meridiana Parkway to Texas 6, and a full schedule of farmers markets, live music, festivals, fun runs and movie nights.

Go to MeridianaTexas.com for a current list of the community’s move-in ready homes, virtual tours of model homes, community information and a calendar of community events.

Located south of Pearland off Texas 288, the 2017-2018 GHBA Community of the Year presents new homes from the low $200,000s to the $800,000s including its new active-adult section, Serenity at Meridiana.

With an on-site junior high school and adjacent high school currently under construction, Meridiana also will soon be a Texas 288 community of new homes with all three levels of education within or adjacent to the community.

Residents enjoy Meridiana’s lakefront Oasis Village, a resort-style setting with Cafe Sol, family pool and cabanas, lap pool, splash pad, fitness center, fishing pier and outdoor play area, all-weather ping pong and foosball tables, shaded sitting areas and lush central lawn. The community boasts 100plus acres of parks, and more than 50 miles of paved trails for walking, jogging and biking. It also is staffed by a full-time, on-site lifestyle director who plans activities for resident clubs and community gatherings.

To reach the community, take the Meridiana Parkway exit from Texas 288, south of Pearland, heading north or south. Model homes are open daily.
