Top-producing Realtor showcases Lake Conroe, The Woodlands
Realtor Sarah Conway with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has a love for guiding clients through one of the most important steps in their life.
Conway, who hails from Houston, focuses on Lake Conroe and The Woodlands. Lake Conroe, has been her home for the past 17 years after graduating with her biomedical science degree from Texas A&M in 2002.
Her skills include being a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker. This career has been a passion for her.
“I love helping others and real estate,” Conway said. “I’m very analytical by nature and real estate is a very analytical field. There are market trends, data to analyze, construction qualities to assess, and property attributes to observe. Sharing this and protecting our clients is beyond rewarding. Picking the right home is important.”
The demand for Conway’s focus area continues to grow, she said.
“Demand for this area is growing every day. People are discovering they can live like they are on vacation yet still commute into the city for work on the days they are needed. We offer a huge recreational lake, a national forest, bald eagles, soaring pine trees, and majestic rolling terrain,” she said.
Her recognitions include Top Producer awards at BHGRE Gary Greene.
“This year I am on target to rank in the top 65 agents of the whole greater Houston area,” Conway said. “That’s the top 65 out of about 33,000 agents. When I look at the numbers, I don’t worry about the dollar amounts. I get excited about how many families we’ve helped this year, and that’s 140 families.”
Keeping her community strong is also on Conway’s forefront with her volunteer outreach.
Conway is currently a volunteer on the Parks Committee in Bentwater, and also spent several years on the Property Owners Association Board in Bentwater. She has also volunteered with the Teen Pregnant Mentor group at Conroe High School, volunteered as a board member for First Presbyterian of Conroe Day School, board member for Bentwater Volunteer Families non-profit group, which actively volunteers with their teens around the community, and Meals on Wheels.
“It’s so important to not only believe in your community but also help to grow it,” she said.
