Realtor brings extensive skills to family business

Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living Realtor Cynthia Wolff has been surrounded by the real estate business her entire life and brings her own special set of skills to the industry and her clients.

Her mother, Beth Wolff, is not only the founder of the agency, she also remains the chairman and CEO of the company. Her brother, Ed Wolff, is the company president.

Wolff earned her Texas real estate license after high school and went on to complete estate to assist people in building their futures, and it is fulfilling to work in the family business. No transactio­n is more important,” she said.

Wolff, an Uptown resident, said the current real estate market has benefits for both seller and buyer.

“The buyer enjoys the lowest of interest rates fluctuatin­g under 3 percent. Sellers offer properties in an unheard of 1.9 month inventory. Last year was a record year for Houston real estate boasting over 9,000 sales. Activity is currently brisk,” she said.

Wolff added that her clients’ homes may be their largest asset.

In addition, Wolff is familiar and appreciate­s establishe­d neighborho­ods throughout the greater Houston area such as Sugar Land and The Woodlands.

commission­s. When not working, she enjoys time with her two grown children, hiking, running, and both cross-country and downhill skiing.
