BARBARA JO CALDWELL FOSTER

- 1951-2021

Barbara Jo Caldwell Foster, 69, of Pearland, TX, made her life transition on February 19, 2021. She was born April 28, 1951 in Granger, Texas, the 7th child of Ira Caldwell and Louise Warner. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Southern University. She was married to the late William “Bill” Foster. In August 1986, she began her teaching career at Jack Yates High School. In late 2000, she came out of retirement, and returned to teaching South Early College High School until September 2019. She is survived by three daughters, Tesha Yvonna Foster of Pearland, Texas, Jennifer Devon Foster of Goodyear, Arizona, and Allison Foster, Pearland, and a host of many other relatives and friend.
