Longtime Frenk Realtor team tackles greater Houston areas
Getting things done with the Realtors Norman and Felicity Frenk of the Frenk Team with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate — Gary Greene is what they love to do.
The Frenks, who are well-established in the greater Houston area with focus areas in Houston, Friendswood, League City, Clear Lake, Galveston, Pearland, Deer Park and Pasadena, specialize in residential, waterfront, condos, and townhome properties.
Norman Frenk said as a veteran agent for the past
28 years, he has found from experience that it is “always” a good time to purchase a home.
“We like our area because Houston is growing greatly with folks coming in from out of state and in the greater Clear Lake area, we have the opportunities for families interested in waterfront and golf lifestyles,” he said.
The Frenks, who moved here in 1983, have lived in Friendswood for 30 years. Norman Frenk fell in love with new-home construction and began learning about building technique when he got into the real estate industry. His wife, Felicity, joined the real estate business in 2001.
“Whereas I seemed to be focused on the technical aspect, it wasn’t until Felicity joined me with the more interpersonal side of the business that we really took off. It is a people business, and sales has allowed us to become more than just technical,” said Norman.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Frenk worked in international shipping specializing in scheduling while Felicity was a risk manager for an oil and gas company.
This husband-and-wife team, who are Oklahoma State University graduates, both hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston to assist clients and their interests.
In addition, the team has been recognized for their dedication to the industry.
As a team, they have consistently been the #1 Small Team for the entire Houston metro.
“We close more sales per person in our group,” said Frenk. “On top of our sales ‘prowess,’ we also run a construction company full time and flip homes at about 15 homes per year. We enjoy serving the real estate and emotional needs of our clients at all levels of the transaction and business.”
Their special skills are diverse.
“Felicity has the out-ofthe-box kind of thinking and the great heart to deal with people effectively. I have the technical background in construction, contracts, and analytics,” he said.
In their free time, the Frenks love traveling internationally and in their RV.
