Artavia wins national award
The NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) announced Silver Award winners for The Nationals new home sales and marketing awards.
Artavia received the Silver Award honor for Master Planned Community of the Year. In addition, the community was recognized with a Silver Award for Best Signage, Best Radio and Best Graphic Continuity. The Nationals “salutes and honors the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.”
Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award.
“To be recognized at the national level as MasterPlanned Community of the Year is a major honor,” said Lisa Connell, director of marketing for Artavia. “While we are proud of the three marketing Silver awards, we are most proud to accept an award that recognizes this colorfully unique community.”
“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Angela Harris, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”
During a four-day judging process, a panel of nine industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver and Gold award winners from a field of over 900 entries.
