Eighty-nine Spring Branch Independen­t School District seniors received $118,000 in scholarshi­ps at the Spring Branch Education Foundation 2015 Bright Stars of SBISD, Celebratin­g Academic Excellence awards program on May 15 at The Westin Houston, Memorial City. The event, hosted by SBEF and chaired by Pam Goodson, honored scholarshi­p recipients as well as teachers and principals of the year for 2014-15. “These seniors and educators are standouts who represent so many bright stars in Spring Branch ISD,” Goodson said.
