Robert Joseph Donnelly (Bob Donnelly), age 66, died peacefully May 15, 2015, with his family by his side in Sugarland, Texas.

Bob was born January 22, 1949, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Myron Joseph and Eula May Donnelly. Most of his childhood he lived in San Antonio, Texas.

After high school, Bob attended Southwest Texas State University. After completion he moved to the Houston area, there he became a father and business entreprene­ur. He opened and operated many restaurant­s along with other businesses through the years.

Bob loved the outdoors, reading, metal detecting and spending time with family and many friends. Every chance he got Bob loved visiting the Eagle Lake area.

Bob is survived by his son Roger Igo and wife Angela, their children, Christina and Preston Igo, daughter Heather Tilghman and husband Bill, sister Lois Ann Dziuk and husband Roy, sister Mary Lou Telotte and husband Jim, brother Michael Donnelly and wife Michele, nieces and nephew, and great nieces and nephew.

Bob is dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A Memorial will be held to celebrate the life of Bob on Saturday May 30, 2015 at The Bell Tower On 34th, 901 W. 34th St., Houston, Texas 77018 at 12pm.
