Phyllo and Brie Cups

15 mini phyllo dough pastry shells 2 ounces brie cheese 3 tablespoons Bravado Spice
Pineapple Habanero Sauce
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cheese into half-inch cubes and place in pastry cups. (You can cut the rind off or not; it will not affect the flavor much either way.) Pour a dollop of Bravado Spice Pineapple Habanero Sauce over each cube of cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven when the edges of the phyllo dough cups just begin to toast.
Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
