RONALD ARMSTRONG

1940-2016

-

Ronald Jerry Armstrong passed away January 18, 2016 in Houston, TX. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret Armstrong; children, Rhonda Ann (Armstrong) Kubosh and David Lamar Armstrong; grandchildren, Luke Kubosh, Katelyn Kubosh, Natalie Kubosh, Andrew Kubosh, Zachary Armstrong, and Aaron Armstrong; son-in-law, Paul Anthony Kubosh; daughterin-law, Elizabeth Dorrance Armstrong.

Ron’s first love and passion is Jesus Christ and studying God’s word. His insight and wisdom of God’s word is already missed. He could discuss at great length God’s word, and he could do it with love, patience, and understanding. He would always make time for his family to share God’s word with us.

Ron is an artist and writer. His work lives on and you can always view it at his house. God gave him gifts, and he honed them to a fine craft. Ronald was also a very gifted computer programmer and could make a computer jump, flip, roll over and stand on its head. He began programming back 1966 when most people thought computers were a novelty. Ron developed code for the LIM simulator that helped astronauts land on the moon. He was an entrepreneur who started many businesses. His last venture was starting ACCP Inc. which is a successful company that removes USDA Regulated Waste.

Ron was proudest of his family and was a family man through and through. His family came first. His family was his ministry.

Dad, you were a good faithful servant. Job well done! We know you are with the Lord, and we will all see you later! We love you and will miss you!

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2016 in the Miller Celebration of Life House, 7723 Beechnut, Houston, TX 77074. Condolences may be offered at www. millerfuneral.com
