Charlotte hits a whopping 17 3-pointers during a rout of Rice.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Braxton Ogbueze and Andrien White each scored 20 points, combining for 11 of a schoolrecord-tying 17 3-pointers, as Charlotte rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to defeat Rice 102-73 on Thursday night.
White hit six 3-pointers, and Ogbueze had five as the 49ers made 17-of-29 for 59 percent.
Charlotte (9-15, 5-6 Conference USA) trailed 46-36 at halftime before scoring 66 points on 71-percent shooting in the second half. The 49ers went from a one-point deficit with 15 minutes left to a 30-point lead with a 38-7 run.
Marcus Evans led the Owls (8-16, 3-8) with 20 points.
INDIANA 85, IOWA 78
Kevin Ferrell scored 14 points, and Troy Williams added 13 as the Hoosiers rallied to upset the fourth-ranked Hawkeyes at Bloomington, Ind..
Indiana (20-5, 10-2 Big Ten) pulled into a threeway for the conference lead and gave coach Tom Crean his fourth 20-win season at the school.
Jarrod Uthoff led Iowa (19-5, 10-2) with 24 points.
CALIFORNIA 83, OREGON 63
Jabari Bird scored 16 of his season-high 24 points in the first half and punctuated his big night with a reverse dunk in the final seconds, leading the Golden Bears past the No. 11 Ducks at Berkeley, Calif.
California (16-8, 6-5 Pac-12) never trailed and led by as many as 25 points.
Dillon Brooks scored 17 points for Oregon (20-5, 9-3).

TEXAS A&M 64 MISSISSIPPI ST. 58
Courtney Williams had 22 points, and Courtney Walker 21 as the No. 15 Aggies defeated the 11th-ranked Bulldogs at College Station.
Williams scored 11 points and Walker had 15 as Texas A&M (17-7, 7-4 Southeastern Conference) shot 60 percent in the second half.
Morgan William scored 18 points to lead the Bulldogs (21-5, 8-4).
SOUTH CAROLINA 86 FLORIDA 71
Tiffany Mitchell scored 22 points, and Alaina Coates had her 13th double-double this season with 14 points and 11 rebounds as the secondranked Gamecocks bounced back from their loss to top-ranked Connecticut with a victory over the No. 16 Gators at Columbia, S.C.
South Carolina (23-1, 11-0 SEC) overcame a sluggish start with a 16-0 run in the second quarter to take control and go up 35-16.

Despite a game-high 21 points from Jasmine Goodwine, the Owls couldn’t off the 49ers in Tudor Fieldhouse.
Rice (4-18, 3-8 Conference USA) was undone by 21 turnovers against Charlotte (13-9, 6-5).
