The Woodlands Township celebrates every spring with an annual presentation of two live concert series at popular locations. Admission is free to both sets of events.

The Spring Concert in the Park series at Northshore Park continues every Sunday (except Easter) through April 7 while the Live at Night concert series at Waterway Square continues every Saturday through April 30. Music lovers are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and coolers to these familyfriendly events.

On March 19, classic rock band Grey Vinyl will perform at Waterway Square. From The Woodlands, Grey Vinyl has been playing hits from the 1960s and 1990s since 2013. They perform songs by America, John Fogerty, Grand Funk Railroad and John Mellencamp.

On March 20, rocker London Lawhon will perform at Northshore Park. Originally from Corsicana and now living in Spring, Lawhon began her professional career last year at age 16. She has also performed at most of the usual local venues for up-and-coming local performers: Main Street Crossing, Dosey Doe and Houston’s House of Blues.

On March 26, jazz and funk fusion band Fire NR Bones will perform at Waterway Square. From Humble, the experimental jazz jam trio are regular performers at the Crush Wine Lounge in The Woodlands and Dolphin Bar & Grill in Humble.

On April 3, classic rock band Rock-A-Fellas will perform at Northshore Park. With band members scattered in Austin and Bryan/College Station, Rock-A-Fellas is a cover band that consists of five musicians who all sing. On their website, the quintet brags about deciding what to play based on how the crowd reacts to their steady stream of hits from the 50s-90s.
