Cinco Ranch unveils new model homes as part of 25th anniversary celebration
Cinco Ranch is celebrating its 25th anniversary all year long, with festivities this week including the grand opening of three new model homes.
Cinco Ranch has also opened parks and waterways in its newest neighborhoods, and will celebrate the opening of its newest onsite Katy ISD school in August.
Now open, Highland Homes’ Plan 262 model is a one-story design with 3,052 square feet. This open fourbedroom home has a study, formal dining room and playroom. The family room and kitchen area overlook the outdoor living space. Plan 262 includes a three-car garage, with options for a four-car garage, fifth bedroom and sunroom.
Ready to welcome visitors, Village Builders’ fivebedroom Tillman model is designed to impress, with a spiral staircase and two-story ceilings in the foyer and family room. With 4,297 square feet, the Tillman has a front courtyard, a covered patio, a three-car garage, and an optional fireplace in the master suite’s sitting room.
Village Builders has also opened a showcase home, the Casella, featuring a “home within a home” design for multigenerational families and dual living situations. The main home includes a two-story family room, a downstairs master suite, a study and game room. The separate living suite includes a garage and private entrance.
Both Highland and Village Builders have homes ready for quick move-in, and a limited number of greenbelt homesites are available.
With new homes priced from the $390,000s to over $1 million, Cinco Ranch offers everything from one-story patio homes in Ashfield Gardens, to custom homes in gated Ironwood Estates.
Opened in 1991, Cinco Ranch offers amenities including The Beach Club, The Water Park, The Golf Club, miles of trails and neighborhood parks and recreation centers. The Lake House offers year-round classes and activities.
