Hundreds of homes — including more than 120 models — are open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday during April. Admission is free.

Developments throughout Houston are featured in this year’s tour:

North/northeast Houston

The public can tour more than 40 model homes in Woodforest, located in Montgomery; Fall Creek, a golf course community located 15 miles from downtown Houston; and Harmony, in Spring near the ExxonMobil campus and a new extension of Grand Parkway. The public can learn more about builders and other features of Grand Central Park in Conroe during the “Houston’s Tastiest Picnic in the Park,” on April 30.

West Houston

There will be plenty to explore in Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear and Willow Creek Farms in Brookshire, both served by top-performing schools. The 3,200-acre Cross Creek Ranch also boasts extensive community amenities, including a water park, fitness center, sports park, disc golf course, dog park and more. Plus, opening this year in Fulshear is Jordan Ranch, a 1,350-acre development located one mile south of I-10.

Fort Bend

Nearly 50 model homes in Fort Bend communities will offer plenty of design inspiration, including Riverstone and Sienna Plantation, listed among the nation’s best-selling developments.

Also featured are Harvest Green, a farm-centric community, and Imperial, which surrounds the historic Imperial Sugar Company refinery in Sugar Land.

Johnson Development also has announced Veranda, a 590-acre community in Richmond.

Bay Area

Two communities give home buyers in the Bay Area plenty of choices, including League City’s Tuscan Lakes, located just two miles west of I-45, and Edgewater, which is built along the banks of Clear Creek in Webster.
