Agents, staff gain insight at summit
Agents and executives from Greenwood King Properties were front and center when real estate professionals from around the world gathered recently at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach for the 2016 Luxury Portfolio Summit.
The event brought together top agents and management from premier luxury real estate companies affiliated with Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury real estate arm of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Amanda Anhorn, Sharon Ballas, Sharon Brier, Jeremy Fain, Nancy Younger Kruka, Caroline Schlemmer and Tim Surratt joined Heights sales manager Elaine Ellender and director of marketing Lorraine Abercrombie to participate in collaborative programs concentrated on understanding the home and lifestyle trends of affluent home buyers and sellers.
A common theme focused on global real estate customs and practices, with an emphasis on the ways that Luxury Portfolio connects the best brokers across international borders.
“Luxury Portfolio is a strong, global marketing arm that effectively targets and presents our properties to the international buyer,” Ballas said. “It was incredibly beneficial to share our business successes and challenges with a diverse group of outstanding agents and to gain insight into how common issues in the luxury market are addressed in other parts of the country and world.”
“This was an excellent opportunity to network with other domestic and international real estate professionals who cater to the luxury client,” Schlemmer said. “In addition to addressing the current trends in the high-end housing market, the comprehensive program defined and explained the most pressing economic and political conditions affecting luxury real estate.”
