What: The 41st Ryder Cup matches. When: Friday-Sunday. Where: Hazeltine National Golf Club, Chaska, Minn. Schedule: Each of the first two days consists of morning and afternoon sessions of team play, with four matches in each session. The first session each day will be foursomes (alternate shot), and the second will be four-ball (better ball). Sunday is reserved for 12 singles matches for a total of 28 matches. TV: 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, Golf Channel; 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, NBC; 11 a.m.-5 p.m., NBC. History: Europe leads 10-7-1 since the Europe vs. U.S. format began in 1979 and has won the last three competitions.
