1½ ounces Bols Genever Gin ½ ounce grapefruit juice 1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur 3 dashes Bar Keep lavender bitters ½ ounce simple syrup
Instructions: Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
