Olajuwon will open smoothie and juice bar

Former Houston Rockets basketball star Hakeem Olajuwon plans to open a Red Mango Yogurt Café Smoothie and Juice Bar in Mont Belvieu this spring.

“Quality of life is everything to me, and it was important that I work with a brand that shares those same principles and values,” Olajuwon said in an announcement.

The Red Mango menu offers an assortment of meals, frozen yogurt, smoothies, juices and parfaits. Dallasbased Red Mango has 300 locations across the U.S., Mexico, El Salvador and Uruguay.
