ELEANOR SUE BALES MURRAY

1941-2017

Eleanor Bales Murray was born March 13, 1941. A lifelong resident of Houston and Bellaire, TX, she passed away on May 22, 2017. Eleanor was predeceased by her parents, W.W (Bill) and Alma Hannefield Bales, and her husband, J. Gordon Murray. She is survived by her daughter Samantha Murray and her brother-in-law Jay D. Murray (Marylin Faulkner). Eleanor was a math teacher at Cullen and Pershing Jr. High, and Bellaire Sr. High during her 40 year career in Houston ISD. A full obituary will be published on Sunday.
