McCann passes concussion test

Brian McCann said he passed a concussion test Wednesday and expects to play Saturday, the first day he’s eligible to return from the seven-day concussion disabled list.

McCann has hit, run, thrown and caught a bullpen session over the last couple of days. He said he feels like himself.

“I feel so much better,” he said. “I feel like I’m back to 100 percent. I’m fully expecting to play on Saturday.”
