MICKEY REITER

1953-2017

Leslie Michelle “Mickey” Reiter was born January 28, 1953 in Wewoka, Oklahoma and passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by her family on July 5, 2017 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 64. She grew up in Joliet, Illinois where she met and married the love of her life Randy and went on to celebrate 41 years of joyous marriage. Her love for others was shown in her passion for cooking and baking for family and friends, and her recipes will live on in our hearts and kitchens. She was generous, loving, kind and full of life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Donna McMahan. She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Reiter of Conroe, Texas; daughter, Stephanie Reiter and fiancée Henry “Hank” Altmiller of Houston, Texas; brothers: Steve McMahan and wife Mary of New Lenox, Illinois, Bob McMahan and wife Beth of New Lenox, Illinois, Curt McMahan and wife Tammie of Texas City, Texas and Dan McMahan and wife Ellen of San Antonio, Texas; best friend, Lynda Garland of Joliet, Illinois and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, neighbors and friends. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 6-9pm. Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Resurrection Lutheran Church, 1612 Meadow Edge Ln Spring, Texas 77388, at 2pm with Pastor Steve Sohns officiating.
