Tour de France leaves Bike Barn Clear Lake, 2422 Bay Area Blvd., at 7:30 a.m. Sunday for distances of 40 or 60 miles. The route includes portions of the Bike Around the Bay course. Sunday Night Lights Bike Ride, powered by LetsDoThis­Houston, rolls out at 8:15 p.m. Sunday from 2301 Elgin St. Riders should arrive at 7:30 p.m. to go over bike rules and prep their bikes. TRI Aggieland Sprint Triathlon on Sunday at Texas A&M’s Reed Arena, 730 Olsen Blvd. in College Station, features a 400-meter snake-style swim in the Texas A&M Natatorium, followed by a 12-mile bike ride on the campus and College Station roads, followed by a 5K run on the campus. A Kids Triathlon will feature age appropriat­e distances for youth aged 6 to 15 years old. Prize money is offered in the Invitation­al Wave for top qualified 16 female and male triathlete­s.
