On deck: Astros at Orioles

-

When/where: 6:05 p.m. today and Saturday, 12:35 p.m. Sunday; Oriole Park at Camden Yards. TV/radio: AT&T SportsNet Southwest, TBS on Sunday; 790 AM, 94.1 FM (Spanish). Pitchers: Today, RHP Mike Fiers (6-4, 3.75) vs. RHP Ubaldo Jimenez (4-5, 7.01); Saturday, RHP Collin McHugh (0-0, 0.00) vs. RHP Chris Tillman (1-5, 7.20); Sunday, HP Lance McCullers Jr. (7-2, 3.28) vs. RHP Dylan Bundy (9-8, 4.18) Astros update: The Astros (63-32) are 33-11 on the road opposed to 30-21 at home. … Dallas Keuchel (pinched nerve in neck) is scheduled to make his second minor league rehab start Saturday at a yet-to-be-disclosed location. If it’s his last rehab outing, Keuchel could rejoin the Astros’ rotation next weekend for the series in Detroit. If he requires a third, he would be in line to next pitch for the Astros during their first homestand of August. … McHugh, whose start Saturday will mark his season debut for the Astros, fared terribly last year when he faced the Orioles at Camden Yards. In an Aug. 19 game the Astros came back to win, 15-8, McHugh allowed homers to four of the five Orioles he faced. Orioles update: The O’s wrapped up a four-game sweep of the Texas Rangers with a 9-7 victory at Oriole Park Thursday night. The Orioles had been swept in their previous series by the Chicago Cubs. At 46-49, they’re in fourth place in the AL East. … Baltimore by far has the worst rotation in the AL this season. Orioles starters’ combined 5.85 ERA coming into Thursday was better than only the Cincinnati Reds (6.17) when accounting for both leagues. … Lefthanded reliever Zach Britton, a candidate to be traded before the July 31 deadline to make trades without waivers, has a 6.43 ERA in seven innings since returning earlier this month from an injury.
