SPINACH-BANANA

These sound like they’d appeal only to health nuts, but they’re surprising­ly yummy. You won’t taste the spinach at all, but you’ll enjoy all of the vegetable’s nutrients.

1 cup pineapple 1 ½ cups fresh spinach 1 large overripe banana ½ cup water, milk or juice from pineapple

Place all the ingredient­s into the blender. Process until completely smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour into the molds and freeze until set, 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 pops.
