ORANGE COUNTY

Inoperable: Parkview Subdivision Wastewater Treatment Plant, in Orange County east of Beaumont

WASHINGTON COUNTY

Inoperable: Rocky Creek Park Wastewater Treatment Plant, a facility operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers near Navasota
