Here is the list of wastewater treatment plants that remain inoperable or are considered destroyed by Hurricane Harvey, according to the Texas Commission on Environmen­tal Quality:

Inoperable: Parkview Subdivisio­n Wastewater Treatment Plant, in Orange County east of Beaumont

WASHINGTON COUNTY

Inoperable: Rocky Creek Park Wastewater Treatment Plant, a facility operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers near Navasota
