• Shares of Buffalo Wild Wings soared in after-hours trading Monday after a report that private-equity firm Roark Capital Group was offering a $2.3 billion deal for the chicken wing chain.

• Once a darling of the Mojave aerospace startup scene, space-plane builder Xcor Aerospace has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California.

• The Treasury Department auctioned $42 billion in three-month bills at a discount rate of 1.240 percent, up from 1.185 percent last week. Another $36 billion in sixmonth bills was auctioned at 1.360 percent, up from 1.300 percent.

• The Federal Reserve said the average yield for one-year Treasury bills rose to 1.54 percent from 1.50 percent.
