La Princesa, because I’m the only girl behind the bar. And I try to fix my mistakes with a smile.

Lamest pickup line you’ve heard at the bar?

“Who’s your surgeon? Because there’s no way all that perfection is real.”

Cheech Marin and Tilman Fertitta.

Most common customer complaint?

I have had a few customers complain to my colleagues that they just don’t know how to tell me no, I sell to them way too well.

“Esa Niña” by Luis Miguel — Oh, my God, every time that song comes on we all know that my boss Andres has arrived. It’s like his theme song, and he plays it every day.

What’s the sloppiest, drunkest thing you’veseen frombehind the bar?

I had a customer whowas so sloppy she started talking to her reflection from the glass door entrance and insisted that the restroom was outside. She also ran through the restaurant trying to speak in Spanish. It was a total fail.

What’s the most outrageous request you’ve ever gotten?

The most outrageous would be when a customer took out a Fogo de Chao coaster and requested for me to bring him a beer every single time he turned the coaster on the green side. I smiled and explained, in the most profession­al way possible, the copyright violations and went on my merry way.

Best tip you’ve ever received?

$100-$200 every time my regular comes in.

Where do you like to go have a drink when you’re not at work?

The West End or 13 Celsius.

What’s your specialtyd­rink, andhowdoyo­umakeit?

Fortaleza and Siete Leguasbase­d margaritas: two lime wedges, one orange wedge, a dash of aperol, a dash of agave with ginger. Shake it up and top it off with Grand Marnier.

What’s something your customers may not know about you?

I amonly 23 years old, and this is my first bartending job.
