Louis Villa Trevino passed away peacefully at age 89 on November 12, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Nicky Benavides Trevino; sons Louis V Trevino, Jr (Josie) and Stephen L Trevino (Pam) and daughters Patricia A Wilder (Bill) and Sandra D Gregg (Blake); grandchild­ren Tristan Trevino, Candice Trevino, Ryan Hairell and Hunter Gregg. He is predecease­d by his grandson, Joshua Trevino.

Mr Trevino is also survived by his brothers, Benny and Frank Trevino, and sisters, Ruby Calderon and Virginia Young, along with numerous nephews and nieces.

Shortly after their marriage in Waco, Texas, Louis and Nicky relocated to Bellaire, Texas, where they raised their family. Mr Trevino, a Korean War Veteran who served in the Air Force, was employed for decades by Tenneco before his retirement.

After his retirement he was an avid golfer, a dedicated fan of all Houston profession­al sports teams and the Dallas Cowboys. But his interests always centered on his beloved wife, his children, his siblings and his very large extended family. Louis was the consummate husband, father, brother and uncle.

There will be a memorial service for family and friends on Monday, November 20, 2017, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. There will a praying of the Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 10:00 AM, at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 6921 Chetwood Dr, Houston, TX 77081
