Texans at Ravens

1 When: 7:30 p.m. Monday. TV: ESPN, Ch. 13. Tom Savage tries to repeat in prime time his performanc­e in Sunday’s victory over Arizona and the Texans try to climb into wild-card contention against 5-5 Baltimore.

Knicks at Rockets

When: 7 p.m. Saturday. TV: ATTSW, NBA. The Rockets, who began the week tied for first in the Western Conference, are about to be in a New York state of mind. After this game against the Knicks, the Rockets host the Brooklyn Nets at 7 p.m. Monday, also on ATTSW.

Alabama at Auburn

When: 2:30 p.m. Saturday. TV: CBS. The Tigers upset one No. 1 team with a victory over Georgia and now are looking for a victory in the Iron Bowl over the Crimson Tide. That could also catapult Auburn into the College Football Playoff picture.

Texas A&M at LSU

When: 6:30 p.m. Saturday. TV: SEC Network No matter what Texas A&M’s administra­tion decides about Kevin Sumlin’s future, a victory over the ranked Tigers will look good on his résumé. With victories at Baton Rouge and in a bowl, the Aggies could finish with nine victories.

Navy at Houston

5 When: 11 a.m. Friday. TV: ESPN. Even if the unpredicta­ble Cougars were better, it’s never easy to prepare for Navy’s triple option. Ask Notre Dame, which beat the Midshipmen by a touchdown last Saturday.

Texas Tech at Texas

When: 7 p.m. Friday. TV: Fox. Now eligible for a bowl, the Longhorns are attempting to guarantee their first winning season since 2013. The Red Raiders need a victory to become bowl-eligible and perhaps give Kliff Kingsbury job security.

Clemson at South Carolina

When: 6:30 p.m. Saturday. TV: ESPN. The Tigers will play in the ACC title game against Miami in a game that could determine which finishes among the CFP’s Final Four. But they shouldn’t overlook this rivalry game against the Gamecocks, who are 8-3.

Saints at Rams

When: 3:25 p.m. Sunday. TV: CBS. Two of the NFC’s best — New Orleans is 8-2, Los Angeles 7-3 — meet in a game that was appealing enough for it to be “flexed” into a later time slot to attract a larger national audience. The Rams are attempting to rebound from a loss at Minnesota

Texas A&M at Southern Cal

9 When: 9 p.m. Sunday. TV: Pac-12 Network. Two men’s basketball teams that began the week unbeaten and in the top 20 — the Aggies at No. 16, the Trojans at No. 10 — meet in Los Angeles.

Kovalev vs. Shabransky­y

10 When: 8:30 p.m. Saturday. TV: HBO. Sergei Kovalev, 30-2-1, meets Vyacheslav Shabransky­y, 19-1-0, at Madison Square Garden for the WBO world light heavyweigh­t championsh­ip. .
