They have lost four of their past six meetings with the Pistons. … After scoring 30 points Thursday, guard Eric Gordon has scored at least 20 in 19 games, as many 20-point games in his 35 games this season as he had in 75 games last season. … Forward Ryan Anderson is averaging 13.4 points on 46.6 percent shooting and 40.8 percent 3-point shooting on the road, just 7.9 points on 39.3 percent shooting and 33.7 percent 3-point shooting at home. … Guard Chris Paul was 5-of-10 on 3s on Thursday, his third game with at least five 3-pointers in 20 games.
