Rockets (30-11) update: Since the injury to Luc Mbah a Moute, Trevor Ariza has played an average of 39.5 minutes per game, the most in the NBA. … In six games without James Harden, Chris Paul is averaging 23 points, 10.2 assists and 7.3 rebounds. His six consecutiv­e games with at least seven rebounds is the longest streak of his career. … Guard Eric Gordon is averaging 22.2 points and 3.8 assists as a starter.

Clippers (21-21) update: They are 10-3 in their last 13 games and have a four-game winning streak, including a blowout victory at Golden State. … In his past eight games, guard Lou Williams has averaged 32.8 points on 47.3 percent shooting and 46.1 percent 3-point shooting, along with 5.8 assists. He has scored at least 20 points in 12 consecutiv­e games, the longest streak of his career.
