Mason Road in Katy, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon and from 2 to 5 p.m. LAB is a national organization dedicated to cycling, cycling advocacy and education and is the National MS Society’s cycling education partner. Riding safely in a group requires familiarity with the techniques of riding predictably on public roadways as an individual — skills such as proper lane positioning and emergency bike handling. Cycling in a group places added responsibilities on each cyclist, and this course is designed to teach the principles of group riding. Registration closes at noon today. Cost is $30.
