John Louis Lombardi went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2018. He was born on May 23, 1937 to Louis and Lucy Lombardi. John Lombardi worked for Bendix Field for 40 years; enjoyed spending time with his family, preparing his traditional Sunday spaghetti meal, playing golf and bowling. John Lombardi is survived by his wife of 57 years Belen; His brother Louis and sister-in-law Sandy Lombardi; Children Marina Kostelec, John Lombardi Jr. and spouse Patricia Lombardi, Michael Lombardi and spouse Debra Lombardi, Dian Lombardi, Louis Lombardi and spouse Cheryl Lombardi, and Lorenzo Lombardi; Grandchildren Maria, Danika, Michaela, Anthony, Brianna, Louie, Johnny, Amya, Maximo, Vincent, and Antonio; Great Grandchildren Audrey, Jose Jr., and Juliana. Family will receive friends on March 15, 2018 at 9:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church 1612 East Walker St. League City Texas 77573 followed with a Mass service at 10:00 am; Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery 7801 S. Gulf Freeway Hughes Rd. Dickinson, TX 77539. He was a treasured spouse, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. May God have him in his glory.
