New Orleans right tackle Zach Strief said he is retiring after 12 seasons in the NFL. Strief, 34, was a regular reserve during much of his first five seasons. He became a starter in 2011 on an offense that set an NFL single-season record with 7,474 yards. … Baltimore signed offensive lineman James Hurst to a four-year contract. Hurst started all 16 games in 2017 — the fourth consecutiv­e season he played in every game with the Ravens.
