Bogdanovic, Pacers complete series sweep of Warriors

INDIANAPOL­IS — Bojan Bogdanovic had 28 points, Victor Oladipo scored 14 of his 21 points in the second half, and playoff-bound Indiana beat Golden State 126-106 on Thursday night.

Indiana has won six of seven games, including twice against the shorthande­d defending NBA champions. It’s the Pacers’ first season sweep over Golden State since 2011-12.

Kevin Durant had 27 points, five rebounds and seven assists, but Golden State’s three-game winning streak ended. Klay Thompson had 16 points before being shut out in the second half.

Golden State was swept by an Eastern Conference team for the first time since Charlotte did it in 2013-14.

Indiana led for the final 33:46 and by double digits the entire second half.

They took advantage of a lineup missing Stephen Curry, but Indiana was impressive.

Bogdanovic’s layup gave Indiana a 52-42 lead with 4:25 left, and after building a 62-51 halftime lead, Indiana extended the lead to 22 in the third.

CAVS 119, WIZARDS 115

LeBron James scored 13 of his 33 points in the fourth quarter as host Cleveland overcame a 17-point deficit in the fourth to stun Washington.

James added 14 assists and nine rebounds as the Cavs improved to 10-1 since March 17 and welcomed back coach Tyronn Lue from a medical absence with a win.

John Wall scored 28 points with 14 assists in his third game for the Wizards following knee surgery.

NUGGETS 100 TIMBERWOLV­ES 96

Jamal Murray scored 22 points, Devin Harris had 20, and Nikola Jokic chipped in 16 points and 14 assists as host Denver held off Minnesota.

Minnesota’s Karl-Anthony Towns had a gamehigh 26 points and 13 rebounds.

NETS 119, BUCKS 111

Allen Crabbe scored 25 points and hit two 3pointers in the closing minutes as Brooklyn won at Milwaukee.

Brooklyn was 19 of 39 from 3-point range, dealing a blow to Milwaukee’s hopes of moving up from the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference race.

Khris Middleton scored 31 points, while Giannis Antetokoun­mpo had 19 points and 10 rebounds for Milwaukee.

JAZZ 117, CLIPPERS 95

Donovan Mitchell scored 19 points, Rudy Gobert had 15 points and 10 rebounds, and host Utah won its fourth game in a row.

Utah is fighting for home court in the Western Conference playoffs. Win out and it will host at least the first round.
