Peggy Kuehn Veazey, 85, of Houston, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arrietta Stickney and Albert F. Kuehn, and husband, G. W. Veazey. Left to cherish Peggy’s memory are her sons, Gerry W. Veazey and wife, Susan, David G. Veazey and wife, Nell; sister, Betty Rominger; grandchild­ren, Melissa Veazey, Ryan Veazey and wife, Stacey, Chris Veazey, Greg Veazey; great grandchild Taime, another great grandchild due in August; and a host of other family and dear friends.

Peggy was happily married to her husband G. W. Veazey for over 43 years. Before his passing they hosted and attended many Cancer Society Gala’s. Peggy was a member Citizens for Animal Protection and supported local animal shelters. She served on the committee at Moore’s School of Music at The University of Houston. She was an excellent painter, dancer and seamstress. Peggy loved her family, especially her grandchild­ren. She was an elegant and classy woman and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
