CENTERVILL­E - Randall S. Gross, 70, passed away Thursday, June 7th at his home in Centervill­e.

SERVICE: A celebratio­n of life will be held at 2:00PM, June 23rd at the Cowboy Church in Centervill­e, Texas.

Randy was born in Kerrville, Tx., on January 15, 1948. He grew up in Houston, graduating from Ross Sterling high school in 1968. Randy served in the Navy from 1968 -1972. When he got out of the Navy, Randy began his career as a aviation technician. He was a very talented technician holding maintenanc­e certificat­ions from multiple corporate aircraft manufactur­ers. Randy could repair almost anything. He used to say he “could fix everything but the break of day or a broken heart, but I might be able to put a patch on the broken heart”.

He raised his two boys in Cut-n-Shoot, Tx. He had a tremendous love for family and the outdoors, as well as a strong sense of conservati­ve, Christian values.

A few years ago Randy moved to Centervill­e, Tx., where he quickly fell in the love with the people and fellowship he found at the Cowboy Church. Randy was a strong Christian and his love for Christ was reflected throughout his life as he served others. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

SURVIVORS: Randy is survived by his son Rusty and his wife Kimmie, and their children Payton and Haylee; son Dustin and his wife Nikki, and their children Riddik and Ryker, his brother Cris and his wife Emily, and sister Bonnie and her husband Steve.
