The main GOP talking point against the Mueller investigation has been an attack on the use of our judicial process for political ends. And now President Trump nominates an individual for the Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh, who was deeply involved in the two most egregious politically motivated judicial actions of recent history: the Kenneth Starr effort to remove President Bill Clinton from office and the halting of the 2000 Florida recount that secured George W.
