Recusal a must
If the question of whether President Trump can be investigated or indicted while in office comes before the Supreme Court, any justice Trump has nominated should recuse himself or herself in order to protect the court and the country from the damaging and divisive implication or suspicion that there was a personal quid quo pro for the nomination.
