MARY SUSAN ENGBROCK BUTOS went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 11, 2018. Born on June 24, 1969, in Houston, TX she was the daughter of the late Glenn Engbrock of Houston, TX and Joan Harkrider Engbrock of Monroe, LA. Susan was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, and valued employee of Dealco. Her greatest passions in life were her four children, managing Dealco Properties – Sawyer Yards, El Patio, and Sammie’s Downtown, and entertaining family and friends in her backyard. She is survived by her four children, Makenzie, Madelyn, Christopher, and Emily, her grandchild Avery Grace of Oxford, MS and siblings Joanna Randolph of Shreveport, LA, Robert Younger of Houston, TX and Kirk Kirkpatrick of Cleburne, TX. The family will receive visitors for a Celebration of Life reception Wednesday, November 14, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Winter Street Studios located at 2101 Winter Street Houston, TX 77007. The Butos family will be present to receive visitors Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Dettling Funeral Home, 14094 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77079. Funeral Services will be held at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Rd., Houston, TX 77056 on Friday, November 16 at 11:00 AM. The pallbearers are Christopher Butos, Jon Deal, Vernon King, Michael Martin, Jody Martin, and Robert Younger. Honorary pallbearers are Todd Johnson, Michael Blowers, Donnie Martin and Denver Smith.
