She was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and graduated from Iowa State University in 1943. She married Richard C. (Dick) Stafford on January 31, 1943. She dearly loved her two great granddaughters. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Her parents and two sisters predeceased her.
Charlotte loved animals and did as much as she could to help those in need. She was artistic, creative, and loved to decorate. Her home was beautifully decorated for every season. Charlotte loved to travel. She loved Europe, the Cayman Islands, and Disney Cruises. But most of all Charlotte loved to share the things that brought her joy with those she loved most. Her kind heart and generous spirit will never be forgotten.
