• We are proud of our 16-week paid parental leave policy — maternity, paternity and adoption — along with a new parent kit, backup child care and more enhanced resources coming in 2019.

• We increased our starting wage to $15/hour in Feb 2017 — two years ago — becoming one of the first financial services organizations in the U.S. to do so.

• Health care premium increases for two-thirds of our U.S. employees have been held to less than one-third the national average for eight years.

• More than 50% of our global workforce are women and more than 45% of our U.S.-based workforce is racially diverse.

• Support for employees experiencing personal loss, including 20 days paid bereavement. Standing by employees impacted by crisis, with dedicated specialists on the Life Events Services Team.
