Lately: The Rockets have a three-game winning streak, their longest of the season, after beating the Bulls on Saturday in Chicago. The Pelicans picked up their second win of the season Saturday in Charlotte.

Scouting the Rockets: In the past six games against the Pelicans, the Rockets have outscored New Orleans by six points combined. … The Rockets are the NBA’s secondrank­ed offensive team in points per possession and are second in scoring … In the past three games, Rockets opponents have made 39.9 percent of their shots. In the previous three games, opponents made 55.1 percent. … James Harden averages 14.8 points in isolation, 8.8 points more per game than the second most prolific scorer in isolation, Damian Lillard. … P.J.
